Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Indonesia with JNE, J&T or SiCepat. Same-day Gojek Instant is available within Jakarta and within Bali.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders from Rp 350.000 with regular couriers. Otherwise rates start from Rp 10.000 in Jabodetabek and are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 days in Jabodetabek, 2–4 days in Java and Bali, 3–7 days elsewhere. Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The tracking number is sent to your WhatsApp and email once the courier picks up, and appears in your Wonder Club account.
What is your return policy?
Damaged or wrong items can be exchanged within 7 days at any store or by courier. Books must be unread and in original condition. [Confirm with the store team.]
Store pickup
How does pickup work?
Choose any of the six stores at checkout. We prepare the order within 2 hours during store hours and message you on WhatsApp when it is ready. Bring the order number.
How long do you hold a pickup order?
Three days from the ready message. After that it is returned to the shelf and the payment refunded or held as store credit.
Can I pay in store when I collect?
Yes, choose "Pay in store on pickup" at checkout. We hold the items for 24 hours.
Which stores have Wonder Coffee?
Ashta District 8 in SCBD and Berawa in Canggu, Bali.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, BCA, Mandiri, BNI and BRI virtual accounts, Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards, and cash at Indomaret or Alfamart. Payments are processed by Midtrans.
How long do I have to pay?
24 hours for virtual accounts and convenience stores, 15 minutes for QRIS and e-wallets. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
Do you issue invoices for companies and schools?
Yes. Contact the store team on WhatsApp for bulk orders, invoices and school supply.
Wonder Club
How do I join Wonder Club?
Free, online on the Wonder Club page or at any cashier. Use the same WhatsApp number in store and online and your points are linked.
How do points work?
1 point for every Rp 1.000 spent. 100 points are worth Rp 10.000 off any order, in store or online. Points are added once an order is paid.
What is the birthday treat?
30% off one order in your birthday month, applied automatically at checkout when your birthday is on your profile. [Terms to be confirmed by the store team.]
What are the tiers?
Reader, Bookworm (from Rp 2.500.000 a year) and Wonderer (from Rp 7.500.000 a year). Higher tiers get first invitations to events and launches. [Draft.]
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. [Confirm.]
Books & stock
Do you sell English-language books?
Yes. Imported English-language titles across business, self-development, fiction and classics, fantasy, romance, children's and young readers, manga and graphic novels, bought direct from US and UK publishers.
Can you find a title that isn't on the shelf?
Ask the store team on WhatsApp. They can check the other five stores and the Sinar Starbooks warehouse, and place a special order.
Is the stock on the website live?
Stock and prices sync from our inventory system several times a day. "In stock" means at least one store has it; the checkout tells you which store can prepare a pickup.
Events & collaborations
Do you host events?
Yes. Author launches, kids' activities, brand collaborations and anniversaries happen across the stores. See the journal for recent ones.
How do I propose a collaboration or a launch?
A separate contact handles Instagram and collaboration enquiries. Use the form on the stores page and choose "Events & collaborations".
What are the opening hours?
Stores open daily during their mall's hours. Berawa is a street-level store and opens daily. Each store's page has a Maps link.
